Game Registration!
Venue - October 11-13, 2019, the Old Dominion Military Society will host the Call to Arms autumn wargaming convention at the Williamsburg Clarion, in Williamsburg Virginia.
Admission - The full weekend admission for Call to Arms will be $30. We will have reduced rates for early admission (online), and discounts for game masters.
Game masters - We want you to come and put on a game at our convention. Game Masters should register their event, and will get a discount on the registration fee.
Vendors - The convention will feature vendors selling wargaming hobby accessories, toy soldiers, games and other products. Interested vendors should contact the Marketplace Liaison.
Hospitality - ODMS volunteers operate a hospitality suite, with soft drinks and snacks available to players and GMs at the convention. We take donations to help with the cost.
Auction - Call to Arms will feature a silent auction (so write in your bids for whatever you fancy) this year, rather than a raffle. Items in the auction will be on display, and auction winners will be announced Saturday Evening.
Flea Market - There will be flea market on Sunday morning. Tables are free, first come first serve.
Hours - Open time for the convention is:
- Thursday, October 10 - Vendor setup, and open gaming in the evening
- Friday, October 11 - 9am until ?? (Official Start of Gaming)
- Saturday, October 12 - 9am until ??
- Sunday, October 13 - 9am until 5pm
- Friday, October 11 - 9am until ?? (Official Start of Gaming)
